It was 1996 when Reem first discovered (the power of owning real estate?) and her aptitude for maximizing real estate outcomes. She advised her mom to withdraw her listing for sale on her house of 9 years and rent it out instead. She realized that retaining the investment as a rental opportunity was likely a smarter (and more rewarding) move than selling. As it turns out, she was right. Unsurprisingly, her passion for the industry was piqued, and it’s only continued to flourish from there. (Should we add that I worked in new construction for a couple years before getting my license?). She officially got her license in 2004, and hasn’t looked back since.
